Foods that are a good source provide 15% or more of the Recommended Daily Intake (% Daily Value) for that nutrient. Exception is vitamin C must provide 30%.

Foods that are a source provide 5% or more of the Recommended Daily Intake (% Daily Value) for that nutrient.
