One serving is:
1/2 cup (125 ml) raw, cooked, frozen or canned fruits and vegetables
1 cup (250 ml) raw salad greens (kale, endive, mustard greens, spinach, lettuce)

Canada's Food Guide recommends the number of servings per day based on your age and sex.
